Meet Pam.

For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to the art of hairdressing, starting as a trainee and working my way up to salon owner.

Throughout the years, I have honed my skills, built lasting relationships with clients, and created a space where beauty and confidence thrive. The salon has been more than a workplace—it has been a home, a community, and a place of transformation.

Now, I feel a calling to shift my focus to another kind of transformation—one that nurtures both body and mind.

Yoga has been a personal source of strength, balance, and renewal, and I am excited to bring that same sense of well-being to others.

My experience in the beauty industry has taught me that true radiance comes from within, and through yoga, I hope to help others find their own inner glow.

This new path is not a departure but an evolution—blending my passion for helping others feel their best with a deeper commitment to wellness and self-care. I look forward to this next chapter and to sharing the journey with those ready to embrace it.

My Story

Yoga came into my life as a solution to the physical toll that years of hairdressing had taken on my body. Poor posture, long hours on my feet, and repetitive movements left me with persistent aches and pains in my back, neck, and shoulders. At the time, I thought discomfort was just part of the job—something to be endured rather than addressed.

One day, a client suggested I try yoga. My immediate reaction? Yoga? No way! That’s not for me.

I had always assumed it was just slow stretching or something meant for ultra-flexible people, neither of which I thought applied to me. But the discomfort in my body kept nagging at me, and I finally reached a point where I thought, What do I have to lose?

So, I gave it a try. And to my surprise, it was nothing like I had imagined. The more I practiced, the more I realized yoga was not just about physical movement—it was a complete mind-body experience. Not only did my aches and pains begin to subside, but something inside me started to shift. My mindset, my approach to stress, and even the way I carried myself began to transform. It was subtle at first, but over time, I noticed how much lighter I felt—both physically and mentally.

Curious to deepen my practice, I explored different styles of yoga, attending a variety of classes. Some were dynamic and fast-paced, others slow and meditative.

Eventually, I was drawn to the traditional path of Hatha yoga, which resonated deeply with me. This led me to take my practice further and train as a teacher, specializing in menopause yoga and yoga nidra—practices that offer profound healing and restoration.

Now, I am continuing my studies, delving into advanced practices to further my understanding of yoga, myself, and the deeper connection we all share. Yoga has become more than just a way to relieve pain; it has become a way of life—one that continues to teach, inspire, and transform me every day.
